Taking place from August 1st-4th, the 2016 Florida Springs Field School will cover topics such as water quality, the biological and ecological variability of Florida, human impact and management of the springs, and the future of the springs. It will consist of daily lectures at the North Florida Springs Environmental Center and field trips to Ginnie Springs, Poe Springs, and Ichetucknee Springs.
Event Details: Breakfast items will be provided on all four days of the Field School, as well as some snacks. Lunch on August 4th is also included. Overnight accommodations are not included.
Registration: Registration is $100 for FSI members and $150 for non-members. A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot. The deadline to register for this event is Monday, July 25th.
