Andy Marlette of the Pensacola News Journal often hits the nail on the head, as he does here.  Nestle frequently causes a negative reaction among the public due to their corporate greed.

Thank you Andy for your poignant message presented in a unique manner, and for your kind permission to publish it.

  1. These are the current 5 springsheds that the water managers have already allowed Nestle to water grab from in Florida:
    Crystal Springs, Pasco County, FL
    Cypress Springs, Washington County
    Blue Springs, Madison County
    White Springs, Liberty County
    Springs of Life, Lake County
We can stop this water use permit that Seven Springs Water Company is allowed here. “Public Interest” is very much a part of the Legislative 3-Prong test considered when issuing permits for water use.
Get involved, write comments into District’s portal. Come speak at the monthly Suwannee River Water Management District Board meetings, monthly on the 2nd Tuesday, at 9 am in Live Oak, FL.
The Santa Fe River and its springsheds need it more than Nestle or any other water bottler, for that matter.
