The Alachua County Board of County Commissioners will meet Tues. afternoon and consider an ordinance banning fracking in the county:

24. Ordinance to Prohibit Oil and Natural Gas Extraction within Alachua County

Amount: N/A

Recommended Action: Adopt the ordinance prohibiting oil and natural gas extraction in Alachua County.
