The Governing Board at SRWMD will not vote tomorrow Mar. 10, 2020, on the Seven Springs/Nestle water permit because the District has received a petition for administrative hearing on this item and has forwarded the petition to the Division of Administrative Hearings (“DOAH”) for consideration by an Administrative Law Judge as required by law.
The District does not have jurisdiction to act on the petition until the administrative process is completed before DOAH and the Administrative Law Judge issues a recommended order. Upon issuance of the recommended order, the Governing Board will re-agenda this item for final agency action.
We will need your presence later when the vote takes place. If you wrote to the water district, you will receive a notice from them about the cancellation.

Wow! I’m glad I caught your update. I drove from Jacksonville today, spending the night at my Santa Fe River place, preparing my public comments for tomorrow in Live Oak. Oh well, got my kayak with me, all is not lost! Will stay tuned for next time! Thank you for the update!
