The Willacoochee, Withlacooche, Alapaha, Little River System Watershed Coalition has closely followed the Sabal Trail and the fracking threat in the upper Suwannee River basin, contiguous and closely related to our springsheds and basins in the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers. They report that the Hamilton County BOCC will address the anti-fracking issue which is on their agenda for tues., March 3, 2015

Listed Item #6 reads:RESOLUTION — SUPPORTING SB-166/HB-169-BILLS IN OPPOSITION TO FRACKING IN FLORIDA
The meeting starts at 9am, Room 112, Courthouse,
207 Northeast First Street, Jasper, FL 32052.It is unclear whether there will be a resolution to vote on or just discussion on the subject. I will try to get more info before the meeting.
Last meeting the same Commission asked to see copies of those bills.
