Blue Springs Properties request for a “special use permit” to build a water bottling facility
on CR 340 in Gilchrist County, Florida…DENIED by a 4 to 1 vote.

A victory for the people and restores faith in the Democratic process.
Approximately 250 people show up for this quasi-judicial proceding. Over 50 people
spoke out against the plant. 1 person spoke in favor of it.
A delighted crowd leaves at @ 12:45 am the next day!
