For those who may have an interest, the DEP will have a webinar on Wednesday. Many water policy-makers take the DEP at face value and mistakenly believe the BMAPs will save us. Unfortunately, as admitted by the DEP, even if followed to the letter they fail miserably at solving our water problems. Living proof here that our DEP has no intention of fixing our springs and rivers.
