At the Bradford commissioners’ meeting on June 3, 2019, Cathy Still read a letter from Carol Mosley asking hard questions of them regarding their alleged improper handling of the HPS consultant issue. This letter was posted here earlier as “Where’s the money?,”Where’s the report?,” “What’s the deal?”
Carol Mosley, long a strong opponent of the mine, published the letter on May 16, 2019 in the Bradford County Telegraph.
