Friends & Other Advocates - Part of Our mission here at Our Santa Fe River is to inform the public about issues pertaining to the water quality and quantity of the Santa Fe River. We do that in many ways including posting articles here on Our website. To that end, we use many articles from many different sources.
So we send out a huge THANK YOU to all of those friends and other advocates who give their time and energy by writing about what matters most to us, protecting Our Santa Fe River and letting us republish those items here on our website.

Could not agree more with Mr. Allen’s thoughts. Taking it a bit further; largely unrestrained use of Mosaic’s product across the state contributes enormously to the massive algal blooms in our inland and coastal waters. The growing number of “lakes” in the phosphate belt are the result We the taxpayers are left with the mess and loss of value to the economic base for our economy.
Mosaic cares about profit. We care about long term sustainability. Polar opposites those two positions are. Does it end when all properties in Florida are waterfront?
Common sense suggests we are better served by clean water than green lawns.
his should be important to everyone. Even the tourist and winter visitors that come and support our economy. #WaterIsLife Mosaic’s Striping and raping of OUR Foundation, the Earth, has very far-reaching impacts on our daily lives and health. Mosaic’s impacts are everlasting. You can NOT duplicate, engineer or rebuild Nature. We must realize that “He’ put everything where we needed it and ALL the Water is connected through the underground flowing Waters. The people that “believe” that they can use mitigation techniques to improve or protect our wetlands and wildlife really does not work or protect “His” ways. #BythePeoplemovement #WeCan,
