Important things will happen at the next OSFR board meeting, which will take place at the regular time, Wed. Feb. 24 at 6:30 pm. Tom Hawkins, our Advisor and Executive Director of Florida Defenders of the Environment, will be making a presentation at the beginning of the meeting regarding his work with environmental causes.
Interesting things are always discussed at our board meetings, amid an atmosphere of camaraderie, friendship and goodwill. This is a like-minded, intelligent, friendly group of people who care about our springs and rivers, especially the beautiful Santa Fe. Inspiration and new ideas are also scattered about.
