Our thanks to Andy Marlette and the Pensacola News Journal for permission to post his cartoon depicting Nestle Waters North America as a greedy corporation sucking the water from the Floridan aquifer.
As usual the State of Florida sees its mission as serving business even when the profits go to foreign countries. In the State’s view Florida’s resources are there to be used up as rapidly as business will allow. When the water runs out our descendants will just have to invent new methods of finding something to drink.
