“Water is Life” camp is thriving on the banks of the Santa Fe, with the fortuitous addition of Pete Ackerman who has come to assist Panagioti in the on-going task of thwarting and impeding the progress of Sabal Trail. This is a task that has also become much more hazardous with the recent unprovoked agression by the Gilchrist County law enforcement employees.
A visit today to the camp to add to the supply of firewood by your historian was made possible by a tree from the acreage of your writer and the log splitter of OSFR member Jim Pruitt.
“Water is Life” camp is well-run, clean and harmonious.
With four people to unload, and one to take photographs, the wood was soon deposited on the ground, waiting to be transported by electric golf cart to the campfire location.
