Has anyone seen our River lately? We need more nutrient loading scrutiny. We have had foam and algal conditions on the River for the past few years, after the cyno-bacteria bloom occurred and then the massive flooding. OSFR has been asking FDEP to test and monitor and look more into land uses that impact the SFR.
