paddlejan4 — Rhonda and Russ. This is the icon of the “Winedown” paddles, conceived and encarnated by our inimitable and outrageous Sandy (events director) Hubbard. Beautiful woman doing all the work, you in front, relaxing and enjoying the cruise and a small libation, and the (almost) equal beauty of nature on our Santa Fe River. Which still has water in it. Seldom gets better than this. Russ has the good life.

Some of us may be members of OSFR just so we can go on the paddles.

A beautiful day for an OSFR Paddle with a great bunch of people: Rhonda Long, Andy Phelan, Walter Bickmeyer, Shari King, Bob King, Sandy ManandyBadandy Hubbard, Russ, Pamela Smith, new OSFR member Mindy and her dog Buster, Jane E Blais, her man friend and her dog Mugwai. Saw some interesting wildlife too.

Our Santa Fe River, Inc is a Florida not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organization composed of concerned citizens working to protect the waters and lands supporting the aquifer, springs and rivers within the watershed of the Santa Fe River. We do this by promoting public awareness pertaining to the ecology, quality, and quantity of the waters and lands immediately adjacent to and supporting the Santa Fe River, including its springs and underlying aquifer.
