Yesterday, March 3, 2015, the first day of the new legislative session in Tallahassee, OSFR President Merrillee Malwitz-Jipson delivered to the office of Gov. Rick Scott four signed county anti-fracking resolutions and one signed by the Florida Medical Association.
The counties are Miami-Dade, Alachua, Union and Hamilton. The resolutions were accepted by Gov. Scott’s assistant able Erin who duly noted the provenience with assurances they would be received by the governor.
