Dr. David Shoup, Director, Water Resources Program, presents award to President Malwitz-Jipson.June19, 2014, Dr. David Shoup, Director of the Water Resources Program at Gateway College in Lake City, presented an award to President Malwitz-Jipson in recognition of her consulting services. This is the only college in the nation with a program leading to a degree in water management, and Malwitz-Jipson was intrumental in the planning and implementation of the new program.
