Our federal Environmental Protection Agency has the obligation under the Clean Water Act and those Acts listed below to protect our environment but it is not doing its job. The people of the United States have the right to expect that our federal laws be enforced by our federal agencies which exist for that purpose.
This is not happening, not in the State of Florida nor in our nation and the primary reason is that lobbyists run our government.
We can say one thing with certainty: the solution to the process water problem is not dumping it into the Gulf nor injecting it into our aquifer.
Please sign the petition in hopes that Michael Regan, the new head of the EPA, will do his job.
