Mother Nature provided an unusually cool, brisk and sunny Saturday for the many and varied festivities at the 2015 O’Leno Ole Chili Cook-Off and Springs Celebration. Early arrivals sought spots of sunlight for warmth or stood close to the pots of cooking chili.
This annual event was sponsored by the Alachua County Environmental Protection Department, Friends of O’Leno, and the Florida Park Service. Live music was provided by Weeds of Eden. Many local environmental groups were represented.
