Congratulations to Charles “Chip” Deutsch from Gainesville, FL for winning Our Santa Fe River’s VIBE Kayak Raffle.  He is in the middle pictured with his wife Chris.  From left to right of Chip and his wife are OSFR board members Bill Basta, President Terry Phelan, Merrillee Malwitz-Jipson, and Secretary David Vaina.
