FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Sanna Saare/E. Stanley Richardson Returning Coordinator/Emcee

Fort White, FL Our Santa Fe River Inc (OSFR) is excited to announce the return
of Sanna Saare as coordinator and E. Stanley Richardson as emcee for the 2023
RiverFest Fundraiser and 11th Annual Singer/Songwriter Contest.

Creating events that include live music is exciting and I’m thrilled to return to
RiverFest in this capacity”, says Saare, who is a longtime resident of Alachua
County where she studied graphic design at Santa Fe College. Her education and
promotional skills led her to work in a variety of fields including magazine,
newspaper, real estate, radio, communications, and eight years managing
advertising sales director for Farm to Family Music Festivals. As the RiverFest
coordinator, Saare will be managing sponsorships and advertising sales, overseeing
RiverFest volunteer team captains, and using her graphic design skills to create
promotional print and collateral materials for the upcoming RiverFest events.

When asked to return as the emcee for the 2023 RiverFest Singer/Songwriter
Contest, Richardson answered, “Yes, I am honored to serve as your MC again!” A
native Floridian currently residing in Alachua County, Richardson is an American
poet, actor, playwright, and Founder/Director of ARTSPEAKSgnv Inc. He has
garnered many awards over his career and is currently Alachua County’s inaugural
Poet Laureate (20202022). At the 2023 RiverFest Singer/Songwriting contest,
Richardson will introduce the contestants, point out areas of other interesting
activities, announce the winners, and keep the audience entertained before, in
between, and after the contestant performances.

At OSFR’s 11th Annual RiverFest Singer/Songwriter Contest, contestants from all
over Florida will compete and perform, in front of a live audience, their original
songs written about the Santa Fe River on the Rum 138 stage in Fort White, Fl. A
panel of judges will determine, based on specific criteria, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
winners for a chance to win cash prizes. There will be many other activities going
on during the song contest. The date of the contest is Sunday, March 26th, 2023
from 1:00 7:00 p.m.

To submit an entry for the song contest or for more information about all the other
