St. Petersburg is in the news again today. Not only did their water treatment plant control system malfunction, the alarms failed to perform as designed, allowing a spill of nearly ten thousand gallons.
So now when Florida calls out Valdosta with complaints about sewage spills, Valdosta has only to point a smelly finger at St. Pete, which has a worse smell.
Too many malfunctions.
The following notice comes from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
