Why do we support Our Santa Fe River? Because We Care. We care deeply for our river, its springs, and our shared aquifer. We are watchful of threats to this precious river and we call attention to threats to our waters. Please join us, become a member, and support our efforts to advocate, educate, and protect our Santa Fe River.
March is RiverFest month, when we offer various fun activities to raise funds for our efforts.
Our RiverFest activities begin with a guided Plant Hike @ Santa Fe River Preserve, South Tract on Saturday, March 9th @ 9 am- 11:30 am. On March 16th, we have a second Plant Hike @ Little Awesome Preserve. On March 23, a Springs Hop with Master Naturalist Lars Andersen.
The RiverFest Singer/Songwriter Contest is on Sunday March 24th. On the 24th we will also announce the winner of the ‘Limited Edition’ BOTE inflatable kayak. We will also provide art lovers a chance to bid for some amazing art at our Silent Auction booth. There’s a 50/50 raffle, a mermaid, food booths, and fun on Sunday March 24th.
Take a minute to watch our video and join us as we continue in our efforts to advocate, educate, and protect the Santa Fe River.
