The Haunt is taking final shape. Dark corners, scary shapes and bulges, mysterious creatures scurry and scratch darting hither and forth as one penetrates deeper into the depths, trying to find ones way through the maze of spiders, blood-spattered walls, dissecting tables, cockroaches and rats.
Deep within the bowels of the Haunt, at one turn there were revealed two forms in the dark, busily working on something. Upon casting a light it turned out to be Pam Smith, President of OSFR, with her assistant in nefarious actions, Kayla Coslow, constructing what appeared to be a wall. Or maybe a morgue slab, or a casket, not sure.
Yours truly, bold and brave reporter that he may be, quickly snapped the picture and departed, lest he be exposed to more information than he might want to know.
Over 100 people have now been recruited by Terry to make this thing come alive, and she has juggled and scheduled and moved, and placed and taken away to make the whole thing work. There are still things to do and the Haunt will move feverishly each night and weekend until opening day. So come and help if you dare.
And thus we see that Our Santa Fe River is a strong and fearless organization, unafraid of even the deep unknown areas of the Haunt, given that our President travels therein. And lives to return.
