Merrillee Malwitz-Jipson and Our Santa Fe River, Inc. have been served a Complaint Summons to appear in a Suwannee County civil court as a result of requesting a Petition for an Administrative Hearing stemming from the Suwannee River Water Management District Governing Board and staff issuing a 2.3142 million gallon a day water use permit in Suwannee County, for agricultural use located between the Ichetucknee, Santa Fe and Suwannee River systems.
