Hi everyone,
There is still time to be at this most important event, Thursday, November 9, 2024 at 6:30 pm to 8 pm., at Rum 138, 2070 SW CR 138, Fort White. This is an opportunity for us to say thank you for helping us protect the Santa Fe River Basin and its springs. We know a lot of you, but mostly by name, and this will be an opportunity to meet in person. Please feel free to bring guests.
We will be having a 50/50 donation, a Bote Rattler PaddleBoard Raffle Donation and great food for carnivores, vegans, vegetarians. The Potluck Supper part is from you: appetizers (last names A-M) and desserts (last names N-Z). or whatever you wish. There will also be a cash bar
There is a video of the Santa Fe Origins by Joanne Tremblay, music from our previous RiverFest contestants, and last but not least an opportunity to sign up for our Outreach event at the Downtown Gainesville Arts Festival this November 18 & 19. We will be gathering petitions for The Right To Clean Water and we need all hands on deck. Last year we were able to get over 500 signatures. That is a lot of talking about the concerns of not only Floridians (petitions only) but also conversations from concerned visitors from Alabama, Georgia and beyond.
The temperature looks great at a balmy 73 degrees high and we expect spectacular weather.
