The Union Co./HPS Case Management Hearing which was scheduled for May 29 in Lake Butler has been cancelled. HPS dismissed the case without prejudice, which means they can reopen at any time if they choose. The case was about the fact they were denied a permit to mine in Union Co.
The main hearing based on the Bert Harris Act is still on for June 26, in Lake Butler. This is where we need to appear to support Union Co.
